NS Ads (NS Global Advertising Networks) is operated by Nile Spectra Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites, the Founders' Batch and the NS Ads platform, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, profession and business details, when you apply for a seat, reach out through Chat with Agent or complete a purchase.
- Payment information, which is processed directly by our third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details on our own servers.
- Profile and collaboration information you share so we can match you with relevant collaborators, such as your niche, audience, location and the type of collaboration you want.
- Usage information from our pages, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, device type and approximate location, used to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- To review applications, activate your account and provide platform access after payment.
- To match you with relevant collaborators and arrange introductions.
- To provide onboarding, training and support.
- To communicate updates related to your account, your batch or this offer.

Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform and process payments (such as our payment gateway and analytics providers), only as far as needed to provide the service.
- Your matched collaborators, limited to the profile details needed for an introduction.

How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights

Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
