About these terms
These terms govern your use of NS Ads and the Collab Circle, operated by Nile Spectra Private Limited. By applying for a seat, purchasing access or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The service
NS Ads is an influencer marketing and collaboration platform that helps creators, brands, businesses, professionals and agencies discover each other and run collaborations, paid in cash, barter or NSC (NS Ads’ platform currency, where 1 NSC = ₹1), with deals held in escrow until both sides deliver.
The Founders Batch is a limited-seat, 3-month membership that gives you platform access and curated introductions to other professionals, including for virtual podcast collaborations.
Eligibility and applications
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to give accurate information. Applications to the Founders' Batch are reviewed manually, and we may decline or remove an applicant to keep the circle relevant for existing members.
Pricing and batches
- The Founders’ Batch is priced at ₹3,299 (or $35 / AED 130 for the Founders' Batch), valid till 7th Oct 2026 or until the available seats are filled, whichever happens first. Batches close on a rolling schedule and the closing date shown on our pages applies.
- After a batch ends, access is priced at its regular rate (₹8,999 for the NS Ads Founders’ Batch access).
- The Founders' Batch fee is a one-time consulting fee for platform access and curated introductions over your 3-month cycle. It is not recurring.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway. Taxes, if applicable, are as shown at checkout.
What is and is not included
- The fee covers virtual podcasts only, recorded on our recording platform.
- In-person podcast production is priced separately, based on location, studio and equipment.
- Scripts, story writing and other content creation are not included. They are arranged directly between collaborators or with your own team.
- Basic video editing is included for up to 10 videos per member. Further editing is charged per video, depending on quality and length.
NSC and refunds
Once NSC is added to your account, it is non-refundable. Please read our full Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
- Honour the terms of collaborations you agree to with other users.
- Do not misuse the escrow system to defraud another user.
- Do not share content you do not have the right to share, and do not misrepresent your identity, profession or audience.
Our role in collaborations
NS Ads facilitates connections and escrow between users. We are not a party to the individual agreements that creators, brands, professionals and businesses make with each other. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, reach, audience growth or revenue from a collaboration. If a match is not a good fit, tell your relationship manager and we will work with you on a re-match.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you create. By publishing content through a collaboration, you confirm you have the rights to it and that you permit your collaborator to publish it as agreed between you. The NS Ads name, logo and platform belong to Nile Spectra Private Limited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or seats that misuse the platform, violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
