Summary
Once NSC (NS Ads platform credits) is added to your account, it is non-refundable. If your credits remain unused for 90 days, contact our admin or your Relationship Manager to discuss your options.
NSC and platform credits
NSC is NS Ads’ platform currency, where 1 NSC = ₹1. It is used to price and settle barter, PR-kit and cash collaborations. Once NSC has been added to your account, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Unused credits
If you have not used your credits within 90 days, reach out to our admin or your Relationship Manager. We will review your situation and discuss the options available to you. This is a conversation about options and not a guaranteed refund.
Founders' Batch fee
The Founders' Batch fee ($35 / ₹3,299 / AED 130) is a one-time consulting fee for platform access and curated introductions over your 3-month cycle. It is not recurring. Because access and introductions begin once your seat is confirmed, the fee is treated in the same way as NSC above.
If a match is not a good fit, tell your relationship manager. We will re-match you rather than leave you without a working introduction.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, or charged but did not receive access, contact us with your payment reference or screenshot. We will investigate with our payment gateway and correct genuine payment errors.
