This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and processes for cancelling ad campaigns, accounts, and services on our platform. By using NsAds.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Cancelling Ad Campaigns
You may cancel an ad campaign at any time through the NsAds.in platform. The conditions and effects of cancelling a campaign are as follows:
1.1 Immediate Campaign Cancellation
- How to Cancel: You can cancel an active ad campaign directly through your NsAds.in dashboard under the “Campaign Management” section. Select the campaign you wish to cancel and choose “Cancel Campaign.”
- Effectiveness: Upon cancellation, your ad will immediately stop serving, and no further impressions, clicks, or actions will be generated.
1.2 Refunds for Cancelled Campaigns
- Unused Ad Budget: If a campaign is cancelled and there is an unused portion of the ad budget (e.g., for a scheduled future run), you may be eligible for a refund of the unused balance, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Used Ad Budget: Any ad spend that has already been utilized (for served impressions, clicks, or other metrics) will not be refunded.
2. Cancelling a Subscription or Service
For users who have subscribed to additional services (e.g., premium features, reports, or third-party integrations), cancellations must follow the procedure outlined below:
2.1 How to Cancel a Subscription
- Subscription Settings: You can cancel any active subscription services through your NsAds.in dashboard by navigating to the “Subscription Management” section. Select the service you wish to cancel and confirm the cancellation request.
2.2 Timing of Cancellations
- Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the subscription or service until that time.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription period. You will be able to use the service until the current cycle ends.
3. Cancelling Your Account
If you no longer wish to use NsAds.in, you can cancel your account at any time. Please be aware that account cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone.
3.1 How to Cancel Your Account
- Request Cancellation: To cancel your account, log in to your NsAds.in dashboard, navigate to the “Account Settings” section, and choose “Cancel Account.” You will be prompted to confirm your decision, as cancellation is final.
- Support Assistance: Alternatively, you can request account cancellation by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.2 Impact of Cancelling Your Account
- Permanent Deletion: Cancelling your account will result in the permanent deletion of your account, including all associated data (e.g., campaigns, performance reports, billing history). This action cannot be reversed.
- Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid balances on your account must be settled before the cancellation is processed. If your account has a positive balance, refunds may be issued according to the terms in our Refund Policy.
3.3 Reactivating a Cancelled Account
Once an account is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use NsAds.in again in the future.
4. Cancellation by NsAds.in
NsAds.in reserves the right to cancel campaigns, subscriptions, or accounts under certain circumstances, including but not limited to violations of our Terms & Conditions, Ad Content and Acceptable Use Policy, or for fraudulent or harmful activity.
4.1 Account Suspension or Termination
- Policy Violations: If we detect activity that violates our policies (e.g., serving inappropriate content, engaging in click fraud, or using misleading ads), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. In such cases, any remaining ad credits may be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
- Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to cancellation. If your account is cancelled due to inactivity, any remaining balance or campaign data may be deleted.
4.2 Campaign Cancellations
NsAds.in may cancel active ad campaigns if they violate our policies or if technical issues prevent the delivery of ads. In these cases, you may be eligible for a refund of any unused budget, subject to the Refund Policy.
5. Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds related to cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund after cancelling a campaign, subscription, or account, please review the Refund Policy and submit a refund request if necessary.
6. Reinstating Cancelled Services or Campaigns
In some cases, you may wish to reinstate a cancelled campaign or subscription:
- Campaign Reinstatement: If you cancel a campaign but wish to resume it, you may create a new campaign from the dashboard with the same settings.
- Subscription Reinstatement: Subscriptions can be reactivated at any time by visiting the “Subscription Management” section and selecting the service you wish to resume.
7. Cancellation Appeals
If you believe that your campaign, subscription, or account was cancelled in error or if you wish to dispute a cancellation made by NsAds.in, you may file an appeal.
7.1 How to Submit an Appeal
- Contact Support: To appeal a cancellation, contact [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Appeal” and include the following information:
- Account or Campaign Information: Include your account ID or campaign ID.
- Reason for Appeal: Provide a clear explanation of why you believe the cancellation was made in error.
7.2 Appeal Review Process
Our support team will review your appeal and respond within 5-7 business days. If the appeal is successful, we will reinstate the account, campaign, or subscription and notify you of any further actions needed.
8. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be communicated via email or posted as a notice on our website. By continuing to use NsAds.in after any changes have been made, you agree to the updated terms of this policy.
