5. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for the content of the ads they create and serve through NsAds.in.

• Ad Compliance: Ads must comply with our Ad Content and Acceptable Use Policy. Advertisers must ensure that all claims made in their ads are truthful, substantiated, and not misleading.
• Content Ownership: Advertisers retain ownership of their ads but grant NsAds.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the ads on the Platform.
• Billing and Payments: Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with running ads on the Platform. Fees may include cost per click (CPC), cost per impression (CPM), or other models agreed upon at the time of ad creation. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that payment methods remain valid.
• Fraud Prevention: Advertisers must not engage in fraudulent behavior, including click fraud, ad stacking, or any other practices designed to artificially inflate ad performance metrics.

6. Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers agree to display ads on their properties in compliance with these Terms.

• Ad Placement: Publishers are responsible for placing ads in appropriate and compliant locations on their websites or applications. They must ensure that ads are visible and do not interfere with the user experience.
• Prohibited Content: Publishers must not display ads on properties containing prohibited content, such as illegal or offensive material, as outlined in our Ad Content and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Revenue Sharing: Publishers will receive a percentage of the revenue generated from ads displayed on their properties. Revenue shares, payment schedules, and minimum payout thresholds are outlined in our Monetization and Revenue Sharing Policy.
• Traffic Quality: Publishers are responsible for ensuring the quality of the traffic to their properties. Engaging in fraudulent practices such as generating fake traffic through bots or incentivizing clicks is prohibited.

7. Payments and Fees

7.1 Advertiser Payments

Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with their ad campaigns, including those based on impressions, clicks, conversions, or other metrics. Advertisers authorize NsAds.in to charge their selected payment method for the fees incurred.

• Billing Cycle: Advertisers are billed according to the agreed billing cycle. Payments may be due monthly or upon reaching a specific threshold.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of NsAds.in. Advertisers must request refunds in case of billing errors or disputes within 30 days of the charge.

7.2 Publisher Payments

Publishers will receive payments based on the revenue generated from ads displayed on their properties. Payments are subject to the minimum payout threshold and payment schedules outlined in the Monetization and Revenue Sharing Policy.

• Payment Methods: Payments are issued via the publisher’s chosen payment method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal). Publishers are responsible for providing valid payment information.
• Payment Discrepancies: Publishers must report payment discrepancies within 30 days. NsAds.in reserves the right to investigate discrepancies and withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership of Content

All content uploaded or displayed on the Platform remains the property of the advertiser, publisher, or user who provided it. However, by submitting content to NsAds.in, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify the content for the purpose of delivering ads.
