1. Ownership of Content

1.1 Advertiser and Publisher Content

Advertisers and publishers using NsAds.in retain full ownership of the intellectual property in the creative materials and content they upload or serve through our platform. This includes but is not limited to:

Ad Creatives: Banner ads, video ads, and other forms of media created and uploaded by advertisers.
Brand Assets: Logos, slogans, and other brand-related intellectual property that advertisers use in their campaigns.
Publisher Website Content: Articles, blogs, images, videos, and other content that publishers provide on their websites or apps where ads are displayed.

1.2 License to Use Content

By uploading or serving content through NsAds.in, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and modify the content solely for the purpose of delivering your ads, monitoring performance, and enhancing the overall functionality of our platform.

Duration of License: This license will last for as long as the content is available on our platform. Once your campaign ends or content is removed, the license will terminate, although historical performance data may remain part of our system.
Right to Modify Content: In cases where we need to make technical adjustments (e.g., resizing images, compressing files) to ensure proper ad delivery, we reserve the right to make these modifications without altering the original intent or message of the creative content.

2. Content Submission Guidelines

To ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and respect the rights of others, all advertisers, publishers, and users must adhere to the following submission guidelines when uploading content to NsAds.in.

2.1 Originality and Permissions

Ownership of Content: You must ensure that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you upload to NsAds.in. This includes ad creatives, images, videos, text, and any other materials used in your campaigns.
Licensed Material: If you are using third-party content (e.g., stock images, music), you must obtain and hold the necessary licenses and permissions to use this content in your ads.
Open Source and Public Domain: For content sourced from the public domain or under open-source licenses, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the specific license terms.

2.2 Prohibited Content

We do not allow the submission of any content that violates intellectual property laws, including:

Pirated Content: Content that infringes on copyrighted works, such as movies, music, software, or other media.
Counterfeit Goods: Ads promoting the sale of counterfeit or unauthorized replicas of branded products.
Unauthorized Use of Trademarks: Content that misuses trademarks or brand logos without permission from the trademark owner.

Content that violates these guidelines will be removed, and repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

3. Copyright Infringement and Trademark Violations

NsAds.in takes copyright and trademark violations seriously and will respond to valid infringement claims in compliance with applicable laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international intellectual property regulations.

3.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on NsAds.in without authorization, you may submit a Copyright Infringement Notice to us. Your notice should include:

4. Handling Trademark Violations

If you believe your trademark has been infringed upon in an ad served by NsAds.in, you can file a Trademark Infringement Notice with us. This notice must include:

Description of the Trademark: A detailed description of your trademark and its registration details.
Details of the Infringement: Information on how the ad or content violates your trademark rights, including the location of the infringing material.
Proof of Ownership: Documents or links proving your ownership of the trademark.

We will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing ad or suspending the advertiser’s account.

5. Third-party Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and expect advertisers, publishers, and users to do the same. If you are using third-party intellectual property on NsAds.in, you must:

Obtain Proper Permissions: Ensure that you have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions from the owner of the intellectual property.
Comply with License Terms: If using content under a license (e.g., Creative Commons, stock footage), you must comply with the terms of the license, including attribution requirements or usage limitations.
Properly Attribute Third-party Content: When applicable, give proper credit to the creators of any third-party content used in your ads or on your publisher site.

6. User-generated Content (UGC)

If you allow users to create or upload content (e.g., comments, reviews, images) on your platform or in connection with your ads, you are responsible for ensuring that this user-generated content complies with intellectual property laws. NsAds.in is not liable for UGC posted by advertisers or users but will act on valid takedown requests.

Monitoring and Moderation: You must actively monitor and moderate user-generated content to prevent the posting of infringing or unauthorized materials.
Responsibility for User Uploads: Advertisers and publishers are responsible for any intellectual property violations that arise from user-generated content served or displayed in their campaigns or websites.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

Violating this Intellectual Property Policy may result in various consequences depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

Content Removal: Infringing content will be removed from the platform immediately.
Account Suspension: Repeated or severe violations may result in the suspension of your NsAds.in account.
Legal Action: In cases of willful and repeated intellectual property violations, NsAds.in reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect the rights of the platform and affected third parties.

If your account is suspended due to an IP violation, you will be notified via email with details of the suspension and instructions on how to appeal the decision.

8. Appeals Process
