  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
  • Refunds are not granted for services that have already been provided or for campaigns where ads have already been served.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, including:

  • Overcharges or Billing Errors: If you are billed incorrectly or overcharged for services, we will investigate the issue and, if validated, refund the excess amount.
  • Campaign Setup Errors: If your ad campaign was not set up correctly due to a technical error or an issue on our platform, you may be eligible for a refund for any unused ad spend.
  • Non-compliance with Targeting Settings: If your ads did not meet the specified targeting criteria (e.g., geographic targeting, audience demographics) due to a platform error, we will review and may issue a refund for affected campaigns.

Refunds are not eligible for the following cases:

  • Low Campaign Performance: Refunds are not provided for poor campaign performance unless there is a technical issue on our platform that directly caused the underperformance.
  • Advertiser Errors: Mistakes made by advertisers (e.g., incorrect targeting settings, budget mismanagement, or incorrect ad creatives) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Suspended Accounts: If your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Ad Content and Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be eligible for a refund of any remaining ad balance.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must follow these steps:

3.1 Submit a Refund Request

You can request a refund by contacting us via [email protected]. Your refund request must include:

  • Account Information: The email address or username associated with your NsAds.in account.
  • Billing Information: The details of the transaction(s) for which you are requesting a refund (e.g., transaction ID, date, amount).
  • Reason for Refund: A clear explanation of why you believe you are entitled to a refund, including supporting evidence if applicable (e.g., screenshots, campaign performance data).

3.2 Refund Review Process

Once we receive your request:

  • Initial Review: Our support team will review your refund request within 5-7 business days. During this time, we may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  • Decision Notification: You will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund:

  • Partially Used Ad Credits: If part of your ad budget has been used but a portion remains unspent due to a platform error or other valid reasons, you may receive a partial refund for the unused portion.
  • Adjustments for Campaign Errors: If an issue affects only part of your campaign (e.g., some ads were displayed incorrectly), we may offer a partial refund corresponding to the affected part of the campaign.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge directly with your payment provider or request a chargeback, your NsAds.in account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

  • Resolution Process: We recommend contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback, as this allows us to resolve issues faster and more efficiently.
  • Impact of Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated without prior notice, your account may be permanently suspended, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval, using the same payment method that was originally used. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution involved.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear on your credit or debit card statement within 5-10 business days of processing, depending on your bank.
  • Digital Wallets (e.g., PayPal): Refunds to digital wallets are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

7. Refund Appeals
